Arrow Senior Living in Kent, Ohio is seeking a Server (PRN) at The KentRidge Senior Living. The role involves greeting residents, ensuring a welcoming dining room environment and assisting with service and cleanup to support a smooth dining experience.

• To be a Titan of Tidiness: Bussing tables, sweeping floors – we know it’s not glamorous, but this important role plays a crucial part in making the community something we can be proud of.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (1 6 ) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand , and communicate in English at a minimum of 8 th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a p ositive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active a s this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the a bility to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing , and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
