Arrow Senior Living in Solon, Ohio is seeking a Server to join their PRN team and help deliver a warm, home‑like dining experience for residents. The role focuses on greeting residents, facilitating meal service, and contributing to a friendly community atmosphere.

You will be part of a motivated team with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package, including 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th grade level.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables, salads, and other setup tasks; ensure readiness for service; roll silverware and maintain readiness.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and perform tidying duties to support a clean dining environment.

Our starting wage for Servers is: $ 15- $23. 25 per hour!

• To be a Titan of Tidiness: Bussing tables, sweeping floors – we know it’s not glamorous, but this important role plays a crucial part in making the community something we can be proud of.

• You must be at least sixteen (1 6 ) years of age.


• You can read, write, understand , and communicate in English at a minimum of 8 th grade proficiency with our Residents!


• You will have a p ositive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!


• You must be active a s this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.


• You must have the a bility to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.


• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing , and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.


• You must be criminally cleared.
