Vitalia Westlake in Westlake, OH is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, support dining service, and help create a warm community. You will engage residents, assist with meal service, and contribute to a well-run dining experience balanced with teamwork.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with English proficiency and a positive attitude toward residents. Shift hours are part-time on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Buss tables, prep for service, and assist with meal preparation to ensure smooth dining experiences.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness to support a welcoming community.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding residents' dietary habits and changes in appetite.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

10:00am to 3:00pm
