Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a loud, high-volume environment.
• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Be prepared and in workplace at the scheduled time.
• Answer telephone to provide directions, hours of operation, to-go orders, etc.
• Answer questions guests have regarding our products or services.
• Comply with all state and federal laws regarding serving alcohol.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and countertops following standard procedures to ensure sanitized surfaces.
• Reflect positively on the company and its staff.
• Communicate with guests in a congenial manner.
• Inform managers of operational issues concerning quality of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Ensure timeliness of deadlines and adherence to standards of operations in the Server Training Manual.
• Identify areas of need within beverage service and dining area and correct problems.
