Job Overview

The Server (Dining Room Care Manager) provides dining services to residents, ensuring adherence to Sunrise standards. Responsibilities include serving food, assisting in training staff, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting special events.

Essential Duties

• Support daily dining operations, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Train new care managers in dining services.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and assist residents with selections.
• Serve meals and beverages following guidelines.
• Ensure dining area cleanliness and proper setup.
• Assist with inventories and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience in hospitality or senior living.

• CPR and First Aid, ServeSafe certifications required.
