Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a friendly dining services associate to provide attentive meal and table service to residents and guests in our Westlake, OH community. You will set up dining areas, serve meals, and maintain sanitary standards in accordance with regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respect, and compassionate care within a Montessori-Inspired Living environment. Experience in dining hospitality is preferred; must be at least 16; strong communication and multitasking skills

Qualifications

• Experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Competent in organizational, time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in dining rooms and designated areas.

General Purpose

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
