Fairmont of Westlake, a 100-bed senior living community in Westlake, OH, seeks a server to provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms. You will set up dining areas, serve meals, and ensure clean, sanitary dining spaces in compliance with regulations.

As part of a Montessori-Inspired Living® environment, you’ll contribute to dignified, respectful care and a positive dining experience for residents and staff.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests.
• Set up dining areas and maintain service areas.
• Deliver meals and dining service in accordance with safety standards.
• Clean dining rooms and supervise proper sanitation of service areas.
• Handle all foods following sanitary procedures and local regulations.

General Purpose

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
