The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for their next Server at the Diplomat Prime Restaurant.

Located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale this hotel is an iconic beachfront destination. With 1000 guestrooms, 209,000 square feet of meeting space and 6 dining opportunities including the Diplomat Prime – South Florida’s Award-Winning Boutique Steakhouse.

Our ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience serving in a fine dining environment with knowledge in wine.

Shift Pattern: Shifts are 4:00pm until midnight as the restaurant hours are 5:30pm – 10:30pm. Require full availability Monday – Sunday.

Pay Rate: $9.98 per hour plus gratuities.

What will I be doing?:

·Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

·Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials

·Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system

·Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner

·Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service

·Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations

·Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
