Job summary

Pegasus Landing of San Marcos in Texas is seeking a Server to join our team and provide caring, friendly dining service to our residents. You will prepare and serve meals, keep dining and kitchen areas clean, and support a positive dining experience in a senior living community.

The role emphasizes effective communication, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a caring team. Flexible scheduling and a supportive benefits program accompany the position.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
