Job summary

Three Forks Senior Living is seeking a Server to prepare and serve meals to residents, keep dining areas clean, and support daily kitchen operations. A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living is preferred, with clear English communication and good judgment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and education reimbursement, plus mentorship and a caring

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen surfaces.
• Support daily food service operations and resident needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure quality service.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
