Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Las Posas is seeking friendly dining staff to set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide exceptional service in a warm, caring environment. Training is provided with no prior experience required, and on-the-job pay begins immediately.

You will review menus with residents, help prepare and deliver meals, support banquets and events, and maintain a clean dining area while building strong relationships with residents and fellow staff.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
