Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking servers to join our dining services team. You will set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and deliver exceptional service that enhances their daily living in our communities.

You’ll review menus with residents, help with daily meals, and participate in banquets and events, while building teamwork with colleagues and fostering positive relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• No experience required to apply.
• Paid on-the-job training once hired.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
