Manthey Hospitality's Craft Tampa is seeking an experienced Server to deliver warm, polished service aboard a waterfront dining vessel. You will guide guests through menu offerings, wine pairings, and daily features while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
Ideal candidates bring upscale hospitality experience, strong guest engagement, and a professional presence. This part-time role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability to ensure an elevated guest experience on the water.
Description
At Craft Tampa, we're redefining waterfront dining. Our elegant 121-foot European-inspired dining vessel offers guests an elevated brunch and dinner experience while cruising through the heart of downtown Tampa.
Docked adjacent to Sparkman Wharf, Craft features an open-concept kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, and chef-driven cuisine served against the backdrop of Tampa's beautiful waterways. As the first dining vessel in the United States with an open kitchen concept, and the only one cooking with gas equipment, Craft delivers an unforgettable culinary experience for both our guests and our crew.
Craft is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Server who takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you enjoy creating memorable guest interactions, providing attentive service, and representing an upscale dining concept with professionalism and poise, we'd love to meet you!
This isn't your typical serving job. You'll work aboard one of Tampa's most unique upscale dining experiences, serving guests who are celebrating date nights, special occasions, and memorable moments on the water.
If you bring genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, we want you on our crew.
