Job summary

Craft Tampa, operated by Manthey Hospitality in downtown Tampa, is seeking an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and provide attentive service aboard a premier dining vessel.

You’ll work evenings and weekends in a unique waterfront setting, mixing cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience on the water.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or high-volume bar environments.
• Strong cocktail, spirits, beer, and wine knowledge.
• Excellent hospitality and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Craft cocktails, premium spirits, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Deliver polished, attentive, and personable guest service.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation with every drink.
• Make knowledgeable recommendations and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Accurately process orders and payments.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
