Job summary

Legal Sea Foods is seeking a Server to enhance the guest experience by recommending and serving food and beverages to high standards. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu details, and input orders into the POS with accuracy.

Provide attentive service, check satisfaction, and assist with clearing and resetting tables to ensure a smooth dining flow. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, cash handling ability, and familiarity with the POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.

• Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately.
• Must be knowledgeable of Legal Sea Foods menus, policies, and procedures.

The Server position is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by recommending and serving food and beverages according to Legal Sea Foods’ high-quality standards. The Server is one of the primary contacts that a guest has, interacts directly with guests to take orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. The Server must always maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet guests warmly, take their food and beverage orders.Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
