Job summary

LSF Braintree LLC is seeking a Server to enhance guest experiences by taking orders, recommending menu items, and delivering food and beverages with accuracy and warmth.

You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, using a POS system and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and teamwork. The role offers an hourly wage and opportunities for training and growth within Legal Sea Foods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Legal Sea Foods menus, policies, and procedures.
• Able to handle cash and paperwork accurately.
• Familiarity with the Point-of-Sale system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Explain menu items and ingredients; ask about allergies.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and promptly.
• Provide attentive service and anticipate guest needs.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during meals.
• Present bills and process payments quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
