Job summary

The Brentwood Senior Living in Lawton, OK is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Server to join our dining team and create a wonderful dining experience for our residents. You will take orders, serve meals, set up dining areas, and promote menu offerings while building meaningful connections with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare/skilled nursing home experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver dishes and trays to residents promptly.
• Clear tables and dining areas, collecting dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Properly discard leftovers and manage waste removal.
• Clean food stations, dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks, meal prep, and maintaining equipment.
• Support expense tracking and menu planning activities.
