Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• One to two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Must be able to count money and change correctly.
• Knows or is able to learn tray service.
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and acknowledges each guest promptly.
• Prepares restaurant and tables for service.
• Delivers food, wine, and beverages accurately.
• Responsible for a certain section(s) and provides superb service following the service standards.
• Shows enthusiasm toward guests and products.
• Helps follow servers; maintains a team mentality.
• Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine and beverages.
• Reconciles checks, thanks, guests and invites them back.
• Clears and resets tables.
• Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines.
• Stocks side stations throughout the shift; Performs opening/closing side work.
