Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist with activities of daily living for residents in a Memory Care setting. You will follow individualized care plans, document changes, and promote safety and dignity while engaging residents in meaningful daily activities.

Strong communication with families and care leaders is essential. CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required, along with a High School diploma and being 18+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plan.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
