Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome to the restaurant.
• Be knowledgeable of menus.

• Assist in beverage refills and pre-bussing of tables.
• Provide each guest with our daily specials.
• Ensure station and dining area is clean and presentable.
• Upsell when necessary.
• Restock your station and complete side work.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Stock condiment stations for service.
• Clean and reset tables when guests leave.
• Spot sweep and maintain a clean FOH appearance.
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas.
