Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Make guests feel comfortable and inform them of your presence to personally take care of them.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly from kitchen and bar.
• Prepare bills, present checks, accept payments, and process credit cards or make change.
• Perform side work at start and end of shifts as required.
• Monitor dining experience for guest satisfaction.
• Respond courteously to requests and relay feedback to managers.
• Assist fellow servers as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Complete server training to obtain menu knowledge.
• Attend scheduled team meetings.

Requirements
