Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Washington is seeking a professional bartender to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a positive dining experience. You will take orders, present food and beverages, explain specials, keep the bar and wait station organized, and uphold sanitation and alcohol policies.

The role requires 1 year of bartending experience, a valid WA Health Card, an Alcohol Service Permit Class 12, and the ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license. Training is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in bartending.
• Valid WA Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• Alcohol Service Permit Class 12.
• Bartending School or equivalent training preferred.

• Exemplifies MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed table, before, during and after guests are served.
• Take orders and present food to guests.
• Help guests’ select food and beverage items (i.e.: explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions).
• Keep wait station area clean and restocked.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience.

• Keep wait station area clean and restocked.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Complete specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience.
• Conclude dining experience by thanking the guests and inviting them to return.
• Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring
