Hai Hospitality Group is hiring for Uchi Newport Beach to staff servers, server assistants, and bartenders. The role involves dining room and bar service, POS handling, and maintaining a spotless, safe dining area in a fast-paced environment.

Availability mornings, nights and weekends is required, with a target to help deliver an exceptional guest experience at the Uchi Newport Beach location. Compensation is $16.90/hr plus tips, with higher earnings for servers and bartenders on average.

Located on Mariner's Mile, orientation is slated to begin end of November with a planned opening in late December 2026!
