Seis Kitchen Oro Valley is seeking friendly, energetic servers to join our team. As a server you will provide a welcoming dining experience, take orders, and ensure prompt service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

We value work-life balance and offer daily free meals and staff discounts. Training is provided, and prior restaurant experience is not required—excellent hospitality and communication skills count most.

Formación

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, food, and beverages up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional service, answering questions about the menu and accommodating dietary needs.
• Ensure tables and the dining area remain clean and organized.
• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with side work, stocking, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Support fellow team members to create a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Position Summary

As a Server, you play a key role in providing a welcoming experience for our guests while ensuring prompt and thoughtful service.
