Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run food and beverages to support the team.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Verify guest identification and ensure legal drinking-age compliance.
• Communicate with kitchen, bar, and management regarding requests or concerns.
• Maintain clean, stocked service and bar areas.
• Follow SNHD food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follow company policies and responsible alcohol service standards.

We’re seeking hospitality-driven individuals who are personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about creating a great guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide engaging, attentive service
• Maintain strong knowledge of the food, cocktail, wine, and beverage menus
• Guide guests through menu selections and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Be knowledgeable of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions
• Accurately take and enter guest orders using the POS system
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required by the position
• Run food and beverages as needed to support the team
• Properly handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking-age requirements
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams regarding guest requests or concerns
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service and bar areas
• Follow all Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) food safety and sanitation requirements
• Follow all company policies and responsible alcohol service standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide an exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior serving and bartending experience
• Must have or be able to obtain all required Nevada work cards/certifications applicable to the position
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
