Job summary

Legacy Ventures Restaurants is seeking a friendly server to join The Drafting Table at Holiday Inn Knoxville. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a busy hotel dining setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, describing menu items and specials, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is required to anticipate and meet guest needs.
• Clear communication with guests, coworkers and management is essential.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Experience using a POS system to process orders and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables with setup of linens, silverware and glassware.
• Greet guests professionally and describe menu items and specials.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Handle billing and payment processing and cash handling procedures.
