White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team in Knoxville. You will deliver high-quality service, engage guests, and contribute to a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food & beverage experience preferred, training provided.
• Ability to engage guests with friendly conversation and menu knowledge.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service with warm, engaging dining atmosphere.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items and garnishes; answer questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality, presentation, and experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and a professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, brand-aligned appearance as a hotel ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
