Job summary

Texarkana Country Club is seeking dependable, service-minded people to join our hospitality team at Texarkana and Northridge Country Club. We value experience but are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Positions include both part-time and full-time opportunities, with chances to work across serving, bartending, event setup, and related Front-of-House duties. Full-time staff may receive benefits and advancement opportunities within the club.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for dependable, service-minded people to join our hospitality team at Texarkana Country Club and Northridge Country Club.

We are especially interested in experienced servers and bartenders who take pride in providing outstanding service and enjoy building relationships with members and guests. However, experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in hospitality.

Server or bartending experience is a plus, but not required

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

For candidates interested in full-time employment, we are looking for people who are willing to work in multiple areas of our Front-of-House operations. This may include serving, bartending, event and room setup, assisting with special events, and helping wherever needed to provide a great experience for our members and guests.

For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities for expanded responsibilities and advancement within our club operations.

Full-time positions may include benefits.

Positions may be available at Texarkana Country Club, Northridge Country Club, or both locations.
