Texarkana Country Club and Northridge Country Club are seeking dependable hospitality teammates in Texarkana, AR. We value experienced servers and bartenders who enjoy delivering outstanding service and building relationships with members and guests.

Training is available for the right attitude and work ethic. Full-time positions may include benefits; positions could be at Texarkana and/or Northridge Country Club locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve and bartend in a hospitality setting, building relationships with members and guests.
• Assist with front-of-house operations and event support as needed.
• Support setup and breakdown for events, and ensure a great guest experience.

Job description

We are looking for dependable, service-minded people to join our hospitality team at Texarkana Country Club and Northridge Country Club.

We are especially interested in experienced servers and bartenders who take pride in providing outstanding service and enjoy building relationships with members and guests. However, experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in hospitality.

Dependable availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

Server or bartending experience is a plus, but not required

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

For candidates interested in full-time employment, we are looking for people who are willing to work in multiple areas of our Front-of-House operations. This may include serving, bartending, event and room setup, assisting with special events, and helping wherever needed to provide a great experience for our members and guests.

For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities for expanded responsibilities and advancement within our club operations.

Full-time positions may include benefits.

Positions may be available at Texarkana Country Club, Northridge Country Club, or both locations.
