Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a hybrid Bartender/Server. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing outstanding service at the bar and in the dining area. If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and legal guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and work areas

• Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and open/close tabs responsibly

• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate service

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (per state law)

• Prior experience as a bartender, server, or both is preferred

• Basic knowledge of popular cocktails and beer/wine service

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
