The Turning Point is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant seeking outstanding, enthusiastic team members for our Stafford, VA location. Take orders, deliver beverages, maintain your section, and support bar and dining service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Run food as needed to bar and tables.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage designated side work for each shift.
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines.
