Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is hiring for daytime-friendly restaurant roles at our PA locations. You will take orders, prepare beverages, and ensure fast, friendly service during bustling dayparts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods.
• Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Run food to bar and tables as needed.
• Collect payments and provide change promptly and courteously.
• Manage designated side work for each shift.
• Barista duties: prepare specialty beverages per guidelines.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage designated side work for each shift
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry or lift to 20 pounds
