Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Banquet Server at Tucson Marriott University Park, 880 E 2nd Street, Tucson, AZ 85719. You will set up event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event cycle.

Requirements include a minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups, Food Safety and Alcohol certifications (or training within 90 days), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces per BEOs.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Assist guests professionally and support the event contact.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and company policies.

What You Will Do:

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact throughout the function.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand/walk for entire shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
