Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a banquet supervisor to lead and grow a dedicated banquet team at Tucson Marriott University Park. You will coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and partner with Sales, Culinary and Events to flawlessly execute each event.

This role emphasizes a people-first approach, budget awareness, and maintaining a sparkling, safe environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• At least 1 year of banquet food service and 6+ months in a supervisory role.
• Leadership potential and willingness to guide a team.
• Food and alcohol certifications or readiness to obtain within 90 days.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, walking and standing.

What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:

• Customer service experience—because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
• At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role—we need someone who’s seen a plated dinner or two.
• Leadership potential or experience—you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)—because safety is always in style.
• Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
