Key Responsibilities

• Run food to tables.
• Quality Control – check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
• Timing Management – ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
• Maintain Flow – keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
• Clean tables.
• Assist servers with tasks.
