Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests in a timely manner.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy items for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining area before the service by cleaning tables, chairs, and floors, and ensuring that all utensils, napkins, condiments, and menus are in place.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms throughout the service by wiping spills, sweeping crumbs, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures of the restaurant.
