Hai Hospitality is hiring a Server Assistant / Server to support service and create memorable guest experiences. We will train you to become an excellent server as quickly as your potential allows.

This role offers $12.15 per hour plus tips. Full-time Server Assistants earn an average of $800+ per week, with higher earnings as you transition to a Server role. Our Arizona locations participate in E-Verify and we are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues; comply with safety guidelines.
• Lift and carry trays and goods up to 50 lbs; restock duties.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with the menu, specials, and Japanese cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and sake through training.
• Be active on the floor; assist with side work.
• Bus and reset tables; stock supplies; polish glassware.
