The French Room at The Adolphus, Dallas, TX is seeking a Server Assistant to join our iconic hospitality team. This entry-level role focuses on ensuring guests can enjoy their dining experience by anticipating needs, delivering beverages and food promptly, and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The position emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and a proactive service mindset to uphold the legacy of The French Room in a premier Dallas dining venue.

Qualifications

• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
• Prior experience highly preferred.
• A proactive and friendly demeanor.
• Able to clear flatware and dishware, clean tables and replace linens.

From swift delivery of food to refilling of drinks, this person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.
