White Lodging invites applications for a Server Assistant at Stella Van Buren on the Westin Milwaukee property. You’ll support servers during dinner service, keep tables clean, assist with beverage delivery, and learn the Host Stand while delivering warm hospitality.

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed.
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Stella Van Buren is an upscale, Italian American Steakhouse, located on the 3rd floor of the Westin Milwaukee hotel. We are looking for a high energy, organized and detail oriented Server Assistant to provide support to our Serving staff, primarily during our dinner service. Our Server Assistants make $13/hours plus tips and enjoy advanced scheduling and the flexibility to swap or pick up shifts easily using our app-perfect for achieving better balance while pursuing your passion in the food and beverage industry!
