Job Opportunity

We are seeking a well-rounded and seasoned Server Assistant to join our team. You will support restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, supporting service flow, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your role is vital in creating seamless dining experiences and turning guest interactions into memorable moments.

Responsibilities

1. Set and maintain tables according to standards, ensuring they are clean and fully equipped.
2. Support servers by clearing, resetting tables, and replenishing supplies.
3. Interact courteously with guests and assist with requests.
4. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the dining area.
5. Coordinate with restaurant staff for efficient service.
6. Assist with beverage service and monitor product availability.
7. Pay attention to detail in all aspects of table setup.
8. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
9. Participate in training on bar and menu items.
10. Report product shortages to supervisors.
11. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure professional appearance.
12. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate needs, and support team goals.
13. Lift objects up to 25 pounds as needed.
14. Perform other duties as assigned and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

1. Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual.
2. Previous hospitality experience preferred.
3. Strong work ethic and dedication to service excellence.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
5. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proficiency in English, with effective communication skills.
7. Ability to prioritize, organize, and work under pressure.
8. Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
9. Ability to work in variable temperature conditions.

Experience, Education & Licensure

1. High School Diploma or GED recommended.
2. Some college experience or degree preferred.
3. Current Food Handlers card required.
4. Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or server assistant is preferred.
