Job summary

Rooster’s Wood Fired Kitchen Uptown, part of the Noble Food and Pursuits family, is hiring a Server Assistant to help keep service running smoothly. You will support servers, run food, clear and reset tables, and assist with the flow of service in a fast-paced dining room.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and willingness to support both guests and coworkers.

• Desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with table maintenance to keep sections clean, stocked, and guest ready
• Run food to tables quickly and accurately while communicating clearly with servers and kitchen team members
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to support the pace of service
• Support the flow of service by helping coordinate food leaving the kitchen and reaching the correct tables
• Anticipate guest needs, including refills, table adjustments, and small details that improve the experience
• Complete assigned sidework and support station organization throughout the shift
• Help maintain a clean, organized dining room and service area
