About the role:

The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, working in the restaurantto support seamless service and an elevated guest experience while playing a key role in upholdingservice standards, enhancing the flow of operations, and contributing to the overall success of thediningexperience. The Server Assistantis responsible forsetting and resetting tables,assistingwiththe delivery of food and beverages, and promptly clearing and cleaning tables throughout service. Inaddition tomaintaininga clean and organized dining environment, the Server Assistant worksclosely with Servers and other team members to ensure that guest needs are met efficiently andwithgenuine hospitality. The restaurant embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards whileoperatingunder the “Ramsay Standard,” with an emphasis on professionalism and excellenceexpected in any high-level restaurant or hospitality environment. This role reports to the RestaurantGeneral Managerand isoverseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.
