The James on James Island, Charleston, is seeking a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience. The Neighborhood Dining Group leads a family-friendly, hospitality-driven culture across acclaimed concepts.

You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and maintain clean, guest-ready areas while delivering warm hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
• Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
• Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
• Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
