Job summary

HALL Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, in Frisco, Texas, is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to support the Server and Hosts, ensure smooth service flow, and help maintain an impeccable dining room. This non-exempt role offers opportunities to learn across hospitality operations.

You will assist with setup, service, and cleanup, manage water levels, replenish condiments, and participate in cleaning duties while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to think and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety policies.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality in a complete uniform.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and Hosts in serving food and beverages when requested.
• Maintain water service and monitor water levels throughout the meal.
• Clear, clean and reset tables with service ware according to standards.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dish drop area and sort accordingly.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations across all meal periods.
• Ensure dining room and service areas are clean and visually appealing.
• Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Support special cleaning projects as needed.
