Job summary

Tattersall Distilling in River Falls, WI is hiring a part-time server/food service helper. You will assist servers, clear and reset tables, deliver food and to-go orders, and assist bar staff as needed. This role emphasizes guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork in a high-energy restaurant environment.

Preferred candidates have 6 months of high-volume F&B experience and weekend availability. Alcohol service certification is a plus and training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience in a high-volume F&B environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to move up to 30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests and servers promptly and professionally.
• Cleans and polishes glassware, flatware and equipment.
• Rings and serves water; accents refills as needed.
• Clears dirty items; resets tables with silverware and glassware.
• Transports dishes to kitchen and bar; delivers to-go orders when necessary.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Stocks supplies based on expected business; prepares set-up and breakdown.
• Supports bar staff with clearing, washing, and stocking.

Job Details: Job Location: Tattersall - River Falls, WI 54022, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: $7.25 - $7.27 Hourly, Job Shift: Varies, includes Weekends & Holidays, Job Category: Restaurant, Food and Beverage, This position supports service activities with primary responsibility for: clearing, moving, and setting tables; cleaning tables/chairs and booths; cleanliness of restaurant; delivering food to guests; assembling and delivering to-go orders when necessary; and supporting bar service activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists guests and servers in a timely and professional manner.
• Cleans and polishes glassware, flatware, and equipment.
• Waters tables upon seating and gives refills on all glasses half full or less.
• Removes dirty items from tables; cleans and sets tables with silverware, glassware, and china; rolls silverware; fills water glasses; and transports food to guests.
• Transports dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from dining room to kitchen and/or bar.
• Accurately assembles, fills, and delivers to-go orders when necessary.
• Ensures the cleanliness and organization of designated work areas.
• Stocks and replenishes an adequate supply of product and equipment based on expected business volumes and completes setup and breakdown duties to department standard.
• Sweeps and mops floors and completes other assigned cleaning duties.
• Supports bar staff by clearing dirty dishes and glassware, washing glassware, and stocking ice.
• Complies with company, local, state, and national regulations pertaining to food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards, alcohol service, and safety.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food & beverage environment
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to position self to move about.
• The employee frequently is required to operate and use server station tools and equipment; and communicate with guests, employees, and management.
• The employee must move up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
