Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a timely and professional manner, takes orders, and serves food and beverages per standards.
• Upsells by providing menu suggestions and daily specials.
• Monitors dining experience and responds to guest needs.
• Enter orders into POS, ensure accurate counts, totals, and payments.
• Refreshes tables, manages seating coordination, and assists with table turnover.
• Demonstrates menu and beverage knowledge, including daily specials.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Checks IDs for alcoholic beverages and monitors guest alcohol consumption.

Job Details: Job Location: Tattersall - River Falls, WI 54022, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $7.25 - $7.27 Hourly, Job Shift: Varies, includes Weekends & Holidays, Job Category: Restaurant, Food and Beverage, Tattersall in River Falls, WI is hiring immediately for Servers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets guests in a timely and professional manner, takes guests orders, and serves food and beverages according to standards and established service sequence.
• Responds to guest questions and provides suggestions regarding food and beverages with an aggressive approach to up selling.
• Monitors and observes guests dining experience to respond to additional needs or requests
• Enters orders into Point-of-Sale System, maintains accurate guests cover counts, totals receipts correctly, verifies sales, and collects payment for all food and beverages served.
• Refreshes tables, transports dirty dishes, and communicates with host regarding guest seating, table arrangement, and table turnover.
• Thoroughly knowledgeable on the menu, various daily specials, and beverages.
• Ensures the cleanliness and organization of designated work areas.
• Requests proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages and monitors guest alcohol consumption.

• At least 1-2 years related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Alcohol Service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to walk, squat, reach, use hands, talk, hear, see and occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
