Hai Hospitality Group in Austin, TX, is seeking a Service Assistant / Server for LORO Domain, Asian Smokehouse + Bar. The role backs the Front of House by monitoring dining room, expo line, and bar, serving as a primary food runner and maintaining tables. The position offers opportunity to move into a Bartender role with increased responsibilities and wages.

Weekend availability is required. You will learn menu details, beverage basics, and work on floor presence and side work to ensure guest

The position of Service Assistant is the backbone of the Front of House. The goal is to help maintain a high level of service by keeping a keen eye on the dining room, expo line, and bar, SAs are responsible for being the primary food runners, as well as cleaning and resetting tables. Fully trained Server Assistants will have the opportunity to move into a Bartender position, which results in an increase in responsibility and expected wages!This is a full time position with required weekend availability, and SA's make about **$600-$800 in tips per week!** ## What you’ll do in this role:* Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and cuisine.
