Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico is seeking a proactive Server Assistant to support the dining team in delivering flawless service. You will help clear and reset tables, stock linen and glassware, and assist servers to ensure guests' experience meets our luxury standards.

Applicants should have at least one year of food and beverage service, be able to balance a tray, multi-task in a high-volume setting, and communicate in English and Spanish. We offer competitive pay and hotel employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
• Provide water throughout the meal to guests.
• Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.
• Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Assist servers when needed.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

About the role:

The Server Assistant assists the server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables.

What you will do:
