Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Las Vegas is seeking a Server Assistant to support kitchens and dining staff. You will help assemble food, check order accuracy with guests, and assist servers to ensure a seamless, elevated dining experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant experience as a server or busser, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen and dining staff to support servers in the dining room.
• Assemble prepared food and condiments following Fleming’s standards.
• Check orders for accuracy and review them with guests to meet expectations.
• Track food times, stock tables with required items, bussing tables, and assist with drink recommendations and refills.
• Perform table side service and wine decanting to create an elevated guest experience.
