Job summary

Hai Hospitality is hiring a Server Assistant / Server. You will support service on every level and help create memorable guest experiences. We provide training to help you succeed and grow into an excellent server as quickly as your potential allows.

The role offers a weekly compensation of $600–$800, with increases as you move up to Server. Experience in a high-volume restaurant and availability in evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn menu and standards of service.
• Assist servers with all aspects of service.
• Deliver food and explain dishes.
• Bus and reset tables; stock supplies.
• Receive and organize curbside orders.
